May 10, 2007: Kyle Busch overcame a penalty for a loose lug nut and several encounters with the wall to win Saturday night's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Dodge Challenger 500 at Darlington Raceway.

May 12, 2008: In the FASCAR Thunder Cup Series, Rookie Player Paul Ouderkirk's 928 points crushed 2nd Place Rookie Player & President of the P10 Select Steve Willard's 884 points to win the Dodge Challenger 500. This is Paul Ouderkirk 1st Career Win in the FASCAR Thunder Cup Series. Paul Ouderkirk 928 points came short tho to Bruce Radke's All-Time High Score of 929 points. But, Paul Ouderkirk is the 1st Player this season to break the 900's. Congratulations on your win Paul Ouderkirk.

Steve Willard with 884 points comes home with 2nd Place. After missing the Dan Lowry 400 Steve was looking for a good finish at that is what he got. This is Steve's best finish of his career and his 1st Top 5 & 4th Top 10 of the season.
Jason Pruett with 883 points comes home with 3rd Place. This is Jason's 2nd Top 5 & 5th Top 10 of the season. Will this be enuff to take over as the #1 Player in the FTCS Standings.
Jeff Ouderkirk with 882 points comes home with 4th Place. This is Jeff's best finish of his career and 2nd Top 5 & 2 Top 10 of the season.
Kevin Vincavage with 876 points comes home with 5th Place. Kevin has now finished 5th in the last two races.

FTCS Standings:
May 12, 2008: In the FASCAR Thunder Cup Series Standings, Karen Smith missed the Dodge Challenger 500 which means that someone could take over the #1 spot in the FTCS Standings and that one player that took advantage of this was Jason Pruett. Jason Pruett was sitting 3rd last week and was 124 points out of 1st Place, and with a 3rd Place finish this week-end at the Dodge Challenger 500 that was enuff to take over the #1 spot in the FTCS. Despite missing the Dodge Challenger 500 Karen Smith only dropped 1 spot to 2nd Place.
Last weeks #2 Player Philip Hamm struggled at the Darlington Raceway this weekend coming home with a 27th Place Finish and drops down 1 spot to 3rd. Moving up 1 spot to 4th is this weeks winner Paul Ouderkirk and rounding out the Top 5 and moving up 2 spots is Kevin Vincavage.

May 8, 2008: As we move forward to the Dodge Challenger 500 at the Darlington Raceway who has the momentum going into this race. Coming off his 3rd Top 5 & his 5th Top 10 of the 2008 Season, Kevin Vincavage needs to feel that he has the momentum going into the Dodge Challenger 500. Kevin is the defending winner of this event. After falling out of the Top 10, Kevin Vincavage has fought himself back into the Top 10 and is sitting 7th in the FTCS Standings.
Did you Know?
That if the Chase to the Thunder Cup 2008 started this week-end, Defending FTCS Champion Randy Dorris would start the Chase #1. Randy Dorris is the only Player in the Top 10 that has a win for the 2008 Season.
Players to watch for this Weekend:
Bruce Stevens finished this race last spring 2nd to Kevin Vincavage. Bruce Stevens has been struggling since he won the Daytona 500 back in Feb and sure would like to get a strong finish this week-end and climb back up in the standings as he finds himself 36th right now in the FTCS Standings.
Darrell Poe Jr. finished this race last spring 3rd. Darrell Poe Jr. finds himself in the Top 10 for the 1st time in his career and sure would like to get a strong finish also and stay in the Top 10 this week-end.
Richard Staley is coming off his 2nd win of the season. Richard Staley is sitting 13th in the FTCS Standings and is only 43 points away from the top 10. So, watch for Richard Staley to try and go for Back 2 Back wins and get his 3rd win of the 2008 FTCS Season.
