March 3, 2008: After 2 weeks of struggling the defending FTCS Champion Randy Dorris comes away from the Las Vegas Motor Speedway has the UAW-Dodge 400 winner. This is Randy's 6th career win and the 1st of the 2008 season. Congrats Randy on the win.
Randy scored 809 pts to win the UAW-Dodge 400, coming in 2nd was Rookie Player Louie Gallardo with 793 pts, coming in 3rd was Rookie Player Paul Ouderkirk with 793 pts, coming in 4th was Karen Smith with 780 pts and rounding out the top 5 was Kevin Vincavage with 780 pts.
For the 2nd week in a row the Rookies take 6 out 10 spots in the Top 10.
Last year's winner of the UAW-DaimlerChrysler 400 Danean Hamm finished the race in the 40th spot.
