Kobalt Tools 500 Winner: Lori Fjeldahl
March 10, 2008: After 3 weeks of struggling, being dead last in the FTCS Standing last week and finishing 43rd in last weeks race -- what a way for Lori Fjeldahl to turn around her luck and come away from the Atlanta Motor Speedway as the Kobalt Tools 500 Winner. This is Lori's 1st career win. Congrats on your win Lori. Lori scored 859 pts to win the Kobalt Tools 500, coming in 2nd was Danean Hamm with 838 pts which was also a turn around from last weeks 40th place finish at the LVMS. Coming in 3rd was Bruce Radke with 793 pts, coming in 4th was Rookie Player Shawn Shevshenko with 792 pts and rounding out the top 5 was Joseph Jones with 784 pts. The Kobalt Tools 500 was a race for some to gain some ground after struggling the first 3 races of the season. Last Week's #1 Player in the FTCS Standing Louie Gallardo finished the race in the 31st spot. Last weeks #1 Louie Gallardo falls 3 spots to 4th and last week's winner Randy Dorris moves up another 11 spots and is now 9th in the FTCS Standings and just to think 2 weeks ago he was sitting 38th in the standings.
