After that drivers will be set by the Official 2009 NSCS owner standings.
If you pick a driver and there is a substitute driver for that car, you will get those points for that car number that you picked.

4. The DNP Rule & Getting Removed from the FTCS:
After each event/race your team/drivers will reset. If you fail to pick 6 new drivers by the lock time set each week you will not get any points for that event which is a
DNP= Did Not Pick.
NEW
to the 2009 FTCS season, you will be allowed to have 1 DNP for the season and get standings points, half the race points & no bonus points will be handed out. Though it will be counted against you as 1 of your 4 DNP for the season. I will take the picks that you had the week before and add them up to get your score for that race. Though if a driver is not in the same group as the week before you will not get points for that driver. After your 1st DNP of the Season, you will not get any standing points or race points.
You will be removed from the 2009 FTCS Season if you miss 3 consecutive races or a total of 4 races during the 2009 FTCS Season. If a person is removed from the 2009 FTCS Season for these reasons or any other reason, they will have to resign up in 2010.
I do post everyone's picks once they are locked. Those picks will be posted about an hour or so after they lock.
I do send out an e-mail to everyone letting them know that I have updated the site with the drivers official race picks.
I do sometimes make and error when typing, so make sure that you look at the drivers picks after I updated them.
If you see and error let me know ASAP.
If you see that I have you down for a DNP and you did submit your picks, send me back your confirmation e-mail before the start of the race.
I will not accept any confirmation e-mails after the start of the race.
5. Scoring System:
The game will follow the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series scoring system.
I add up each drivers 6 NSCS drivers which will determine their race points for each event.
Those race points will then determine the results of each event and how the standing points will be calculated.
Series scoring will be completed once NASCAR posts the official race results each week and I update the website. I do send out and e-mail here once I have updated the website.
5 bonus points will be awarded to the FTCS driver/drivers that pick the winning driver each week. Those 5 bonus points will be added to your final STANDING POINTS each week.
5 bonus points will be awarded to the FTCS driver that wins the event each week. Those 5 bonus points will be added to your final STANDING POINTS each week.
Race Errors/Changes if you add up your points and find an error, let me know by the Friday after the official results have been posted. This way action can be taken to fix the error before the next race. After that the results are frozen and can no longer be changed.
